                    Dear Mike Jay,

            Please get back to me today if possible, with a estimate for the following graphic design.
            I will provide the Images for the Treasure Chest ( unless of course you have a great Treasure Chest at your finger tips
            I can approve- old and luxorious feel to it) and the Gems, The "World with Sunkara on it"  for the Spiritual News Slant.
            Question : can you find the .wav files or midi  files for the sound effects, or do I find them? What is more cost effective,
            cutting costs is the goal here.
 
                The title captions are linked to the appropriate area's so this should clarify all for you in terms of graphics.
                 The face page and Text are found on the face page of the site.

1.   SPIRITUAL INDEX PAGE

              a)    Upon clicking on the Donors / Members Button <SEE BELOW>, a Java enabled treasure chest appears
                    from a sparkle animation with a sound.
 
                      Then Java opens the Treasure Chest, lid opens up with a magic jingle noise, (.wave file) and inside the lid
                      top is  the form which asks for the Password. I.E - Please Enter Password.

              b)    Java - fix the java mouse over so the description and the gems glow brightly with corresponding colors.

              c)      Ensure the Mouse over on gems works for all browsers and is internet explorer/netscape compliant.

    2.  FACE PAGE - Java/DHTML (LESS NOT MORE)  Subtle

      a)      Java- sparkles, glimmer and shimmerings off of the Pyramids inside the Crystal City and all inner crystal city as
            well as the outside crystal structure.
 
            Occasional Shooting stars in Backround, shooting stars off of Crystal City. City to Glow and shimmer with a
             golden transluscent light, in tune with Glowing, shining pulsing radiance of cosmic light from Angelic being. ?

    b)  JAVA/DHTML - Clouds move, roll and drift across front bottom of Crystal City, as well as behind the wording
            SPIRITUAL REVELATION AND PROPHESY. Could roll off screen to the right and roll back in from the left
            side, fog rolling in effect. Use same texture and cloud if possible.

     c)  Animate words :

                3.   SPIRITUAL NEWS SLANT FACE
 

        a) JAVA/DHTML - World to rotate and clouds to move as well, like the weather report on T.V..see actual
        Spiritual Newsslant for proper image size.

          b) Words - Sunkara- Spiritual Founder to be typed out animation across page, with the sound of a type writer or old
       1960's news room <.wav> in background upon first coming to page. Then under that SPIRITUAL NEWS SLANT
        to also be typed out across page with the same sound effects of old typewriter or 1960's Newsroom. <see Spiritual
